What the State alleges
According to court-diary reporting, the State alleges that Molefe arranged the November 2022 murder of Sefoka and his two bodyguards in Woodmead. Investigators have also linked guns used in that shooting to the killings of DJ Vintos, businessman Don Tindleni and engineer Armand Swart, according to the same reporting.
These are allegations. None has been tested or proven in court.
